DO NOT attend face-to-face appointments if you:
- have tested positive to COVID-19 in the last 10 days
- have been in contact with someone confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 in the last 10 days
- are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test
- have any symptoms of COVID-19 or are unwell in any way, no matter how mild.
In such instances, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee. Instead, you are welcome to contact me to request to move your appointment to a Telehealth session or reschedule to another time.

Existing clients Login For new users of the Client Portal, press the
'Login' button in the top right hand corner of the screen and select the
'Click here to reset your password' option to create a login password. Next, create a profile by filling out the form, ensuring that you use the
same first and last name, email address and phone number you provided when you first started accessing Caitlin Mullins Psychology. Previous users of the Client Portal can login by entering their email address and password.
Book Appointment Once you have logged in, press the
'Book Appointment' tile and follow the steps. Note that your appointment will appear as 'pending' until you have attended your appointment. If you are booking for another person (eg. family member), please press the
'Add Notes' link and include details about who the appointment is for.
