WELCOME TO THE CAITLIN MULLINS PSYCHOLOGY CLIENT PORTAL COVID-19 pandemic Please do not attend in-person appointments if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days or are experiencing any symptoms, even if they are mild. In such instances, you will not incur a late cancellation fee. Instead, please contact me to move your appointment to Telehealth or reschedule for another time when you feel better.
Both new and existing clients can make appointments using the Client Portal NEW CLIENTS - Create a profile and login New clients must register an account to book appointments using the Client Portal. To do so, press the
'Login' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on the
'Register Here' button. Follow the instructions to create your profile and login.
EXISTING CLIENTS - Create a login Existing clients must create a login password to book appointments using the Client Portal. Press the
'Login' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select the
'Click here to reset your password' option. Follow the instructions to create your login password. You must use the
same first and last name, email address and phone number you provided when you first accessed Caitlin Mullins Psychology.
Booking appointments Once you have logged in, press the
'Book Appointment' tile and follow the steps. Note that your appointment will appear as 'pending' until you have attended your appointment. If you are booking for another person (eg. a family member), please press the
'Add Notes' link and include details about who the appointment is for.
