This is the client portal. Please create an account so you can make and manage your appointments. Once you have signed in, you can manage your bookings using the tabs below.
Bookings:
Click 'book appointment' and choose a day and time that best suits you.
To cancel or re-schedule an appointment, click the 'my appointments' tab below, and click the red X at the top of the appointment to cancel it. To reschedule, cancel the appointment then go back into the 'book appointment tab' and choose a time that better suits you.
If you would like to book a group or workshop, click the "book a class" tab bellow.
Location:
R L Counselling and Wellbeing is based in the lovely town of Bacchus Marsh. Due to ever changing COVID-19 restrictions, counselling sessions will be held via Telehealth or phone until further notice. If online counselling is not suitable for you, please contact me to discuss how we might best accommodate your needs.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of a standard appointment fee will be charged.
Payment:
You will be invoiced at the end of your session. I accept payment via card and direct deposit. Your invoice will have details of how to make payment by direct deposit, which is my preferred method of payment. Please let me know at the end of your session if you would prefer to pay by card.
