Welcome to Our Practice Online Appointment Management Portal. Our portal provides instant access to Kerry’s appointment calendar, allowing you to book or cancel appointments online 24/7 (with no need to call, text or email us).
Consultations are offered in person (practice based) or via telehealth (video or phone). The standard session fee is $200.00
Time Zone Information
Appointment times displayed in the portal reflect your current location time zone within Australia using the GPS on the device being used to access this portal.
Important Information for First-Time Portal Users
• No personal details are needed to view available appointments now.
• To book an appointment there is a registration process. Click the "Login" button located at the top right of the devices screen display, then "Click to REGISTER HERE" under the green login button.
• Please provide the full name of the attendee, a mobile number (for SMS verification), and an email address (for registration and appointment confirmations).
Forgotten Password?
Resetting your password is simple. Just click on the login button and select "click here to reset your password" located under the green LOGIN button and follow the prompts.
Portal Terms and Conditions
• Please review the portal’s terms and conditions (T&C), accessible once registration is completed.
• Existing clients can refer to their signed consent and service agreement form.
Confirmation emails will be sent for any appointments booked or cancelled from the Practice Management system Power Diary. (currently rebranding to Zanda) Please check your spam/junk folder regularly so not to miss our emails.
