*A $25 non refundable deposit is required for new clients booking their Initial Appointment. This deposit is credited towards the full appointment fee. The remainder of the appointment fee is charged after your appointment. New Clients, please be sure to read and sign the "Confidentiality, Consent and Care Agreement" and complete the "New Client Intake Form" which is emailed to you when you book your first appointment.
