You will be asked to create an account when booking an appointment to ensure that you're a real person and not a spambot booking an appointment! Our appointment times are secured so that our therapists aren't left with spaces in their work day that could've been filled by another patient that needs care.
If you would like to book a time slot for 30, 45 or 90 minutes, please TEXT US at 905 206 8882 and we will help you.
If you do not want to go through this process ONLINE of creating and registering an account with us - alternatively you can text us at (905) 206-8882 from 11 AM to 8PM to book an appointment.

After creating an appointment - you will be sent an email to complete a health history form.
You'll only have to complete the HEALTH HISTORY FORM once.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason - please try to do so within 24 hours notice - otherwise you may be charged with a cancellation fee. Of course we understand in the event of an emergency or illness - we will not charge you a cancellation fee. We value honesty and transparency at Vital Wellness - so please do not hesitate to call us if you need to cancel your appointment at (905) 206 - 8882.
