You will need to contact your Veterinarian to ask for your animal's medical history to be sent through to lucy@vetbehaviour.co.nz and to complete the Behaviour Questionnaire a minimum of 48 hours prior to my appointment.
Veterinary Behaviour Services NZ is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
Please email me at lucy@vetbehaviour.co.nz by 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify me of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will not be refunded for the missed appointment.
