Initial Portal Registration:
Once you've completed your registration, both you and our practice team will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
Booking for New Practice Clients:
After registration, you'll receive an email from us confirming the date and time of your first appointment. To finalise this appointment, one of our admin team members will call you to complete the intake process over the phone. Payment for the initial appointment will also be processed during this call.
For Current Portal Registered Clients:
Please ensure that you've used the email address provided to TalkWise, as it's unique to you. Using a different email may lead to profile duplication and appointment registration issues. Once you've booked your appointment on the portal, a confirmation email will be sent. Again, please check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.
Late Cancellation Fees:
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice from the appointment time may incur a late cancellation fee as per our service agreement. For further clarification, please refer to your signed copy of the agreement.
