If you are a New Client (ie. have never had an appointment before) please:
1. Click ‘Login’ 2. Click ‘Register Here’ 3. Fill out the registration form and click ‘Get Verification Code’, which will be sent via Email
4. Enter the four-digit code that was sent and complete the registration 5. You can now log in with your email address and password to book your Initial Interview. Please note that we are currently only providing services for youth 12+ and will only be able to undertake initial interviews for parent/caregivers of youth 12+
If you are an Existing Client of Socially Speaking (i.e. have had appointments before) but haven't yet used the Client Portal, please:
1. Click ‘Login’ 2. Select the 'Click here to reset your password' option to create a password to be able to log in 3. Fill out the form, ensuring that you use the SAME first and last name of your CHILD you provided to us before 4. Select a password and confirm it (which must be a minimum of 6 characters) 5. Click 'Get Verification Code' which will be sent via Email and enter the code 6. You can now log in with your email address and password to book the Ongoing Therapy Sessions
Booking an Appointment
1. Click on the 'Book Appointment'
2. Select the 'Service' and a 'Therapist' you would like to book.
3. Select the Date and Time of your appointment.
4. On the Appointment Booking form, you are able to leave a Note for your therapist.
5. Click on 'Book Now' to finalise the booking.
