Cancellation policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
You agree to the cancellation and missed appointment fee policy when booking this appointment.
If you reschedule before the 24-hour time frame, there is no charge- if you give less than 24-hour notice- you will charged $30, and if you do not provide any notice- you will be charged a 100% fee. There may be special circumstances where I can waive the fee.
We acknowledge that emergencies can happen, and in such cases, we extend the offer to reschedule the cancelled appointment immediately.
Health and Wellbeing:
Please Note: If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, have travelled outside the state within 14 days, or have been asked by the Government to self-isolate, you must reschedule your appointment.
