FOR ALL INITIAL BOOKINGS:
Please call our office on 1300 240127 within 24 hours so we can
1. Confirm the time, date and clinician of your booking
2. Confirm the details for your doctors/medicare referral if you have one
3. Confirm your email address so we can send you the online registration forms we require before your appointment
All initial appointments require a non-refundable payment of $50 to secure your booking which will be processed at the time of your call and credited towards your initial consult fee.
FOR ALL REVIEW BOOKINGS:
Please book a time and date with your current clinician/s. We encourage you to book up to 6 appointments in advance at the frequency recommended by your clinician so you have the best chance of getting the appointment times that work best for you.
