Please ensure your appointment time and date carefully before arriving.
If you do not receive an email reminder 24 hours beforehand, you probably do not have an appointment booked. Please check your junk/spam folder.
Please respond to the reminder email with whether you are attending or wish to cancel.
If you are a new client please complete the online intake form and/or Dry needling consent before attending.
Please park behind the White Toyota Rav on the left-hand side of the driveway if you are not able to find a park elsewhere.
New Clients who book online are required to pay a small deposit for their booking. If you can't use a credit card please contact me directly to book.
The deposit is non-refundable if the client "no shows" or less than 12 hours' notice is given for cancellation.
