Payment & Missed Appointment / Cancellation Policy
Please note that payment through the online portal before your appointment is preferred. Cash or card payments can be taken on the day if necessary.
Missed appointments, cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24hrs of appointments will incur a fee of the full appointment price.* This is due to the low likelihood of being able to fill the appointment slot. This impacts the financial sustainability of the clinic and prevents other clients from being seen in a timely manner.
*In genuine emergency scenarios common sense will be applied on a case by case basis.
