I understand you may need to cancel an appointment however if it is less than 24 hours before our scheduled time I need to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee to make up for the lost opportunity to work. Failure to attend your appointment will also incur this fee. Refunds will be issued where appropriate minus any transaction fees. Thank you for understanding.
