If you're wanting to book an appointment but there aren't available slots in the Client Portal on your preferred days and times, you can complete our
Cancellation List Request Form. If an appointment becomes available, emails will be sent to all clients on the list who have selected that particular period. The appointment will be given to the first client to respond. Please note, adding your name to the cancellation list does not guarantee an appointment will become available.
Clients with a regular time slot will see they have been booked a number of months in advance, which allows us to hold your spot in case it is needed. There is no obligation to attend all appointments.
