PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
~ Important ~
Neudle Psychology intake is by invitation only, and there is a waitlist for our services (including inactive clients). If you have not been invited to book, please contact the Admin team to enquire, and do not proceed with booking. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made without an invitation.
~ New Clients ~
Please follow the instructions in your invite email when you create your account on the Neudle Psychology Client Portal.
The Portal can be used to create and cancel bookings, view invoices, and pay securely. To reschedule an appointment, cancel it and book a new time.
~ Existing Clients ~
Up to 10 sessions can be booked in advance, at a maximum of 1 per week.
If you have ongoing appointments, your regular appointment slot will be reserved for you and therefore appear as unavailable online. Please contact us to book in another batch of sessions.
~ Payments ~
Full payment is required immediately following each session, or you're welcome to pay in advance. Assessment costs are charged separately to therapy sessions.
You can pay in your Portal account by selecting 'My Invoices' and the invoice you wish to pay. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer or PayID using the details on the bottom of your invoice.
~ Rebates ~
Please ensure you book the appropriate appointment type for the rebate you are eligible for, or discuss with us prior to booking.
Following full payment, eligible rebates will be processed within two business days after your session.
Discuss using NDIS funds with your Plan Manager or Support Coordinator.
~ Cancellation Policy ~
With at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment start time, you can cancel bookings in your portal account by selecting 'My Appointments' and the booking you wish to cancel. Refer to neudle.com.au/booking-terms for more information.
