Online bookings can be made up to 3 months in advanced, and up until 3 hours before the appointment/class time.
Cancellations via the online portal can be made anytime up to, and including the day before your appointment/class.
For any appointments/changes to appointments on the day of your appointment, you must RING THE CLINIC on (02) 9602 4721. Should the call go to voicemail, a message should be left, so the reception staff can return your call and address your needs. (please note non-attendance incurs a cancellation fee)
