New Clients wanting to see a Speech Therapist or Occupational Therapist: Please complete the contact form or email us here and we can get back to you with current availability. --- For Existing Clients wishing to use the self-service features below: * Login using your account name and password * Only book with your current treating clinician * To cancel/reschedule an appointment, the fastest way is to use this portal. If within the 4-business days of appt. you will not be able to cancel. In this case, text back to the M&H appt. reminder and request a cancellation although fees may apply. * If your desired times are not available email info@mindsandhearts.net with your preferred times and we may be able to place you on that clinician's waiting list.
