Welcome to Mind Mode's Client Portal!
A few things to note when booking with us online:
1) A non-refundable deposit ($50) will be required to complete your booking, this covers the behind the scenes work that your booking requires of our admin staff and will come off your total appointment fee.
2) For an initial appointment, the full fee is required to be paid 48hrs prior to your appointment to confirm the booking.
3) If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please use their details when making the booking.
4) When booking you will see a screen with all our clinicians that have their books open to online booking, the fees for their sessions are in their bio's and if you don't see the clinician you would like to see, then feel free to give our awesome admin team a call instead.
5) Clinicians from each site are happy to do telehealth. If this is your preference you can search appointments from both locations to find the best one for you.
6) Once you've booked you may receive a call from our team to gather any further information needed and to send you your consent forms. Please complete these forms prior to attending your appointment.
Please be aware that several of the clinicians at Mind Mode are not currently available to book with through our portal. The email that will be sent to you upon registering with the portal however, contains a link to our 'Clinician Matchup Questionnaire'. Upon completion of this form, our admin team will contact you ASAP with available appointments for the clinician that best suits your needs. So, if your preferred clinician is not available online, or if you'd like to be matched with a clinician, this will be the best avenue for you.
