To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, we have implemented the following policies:
- Please note that you will receive an SMS reminder 3 days prior to your appointment.
- We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unplanned events may arise. However, a no-show without any cancellation notice will result in a full fee session charge.
- Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a full fee session charge.
- Cancellation prior to 48 hours will be refunded within 15 Business Days.
