APPOINTMENT:
- Please arrive 5 MINUTES before you INITIAL CONSULTATION as you will be required to complete forms
- Please cancel your appointments via your portal or alternatively text or call the clinic.
- If having a Telehealth consultation, you will be sent a link via email or text just before your scheduled appointment.
- Please bring you Medicare Card (In case you require blood tests then these will be covered via Medicare)
