We kindly request full payment upon booking your appointment.
RESCHEDULING: You can reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice. To reschedule: 1) cancel your appointment using My Appointments 2) email us with your preferred date/time within 7 days
VIDEO ONLINE appointments are available via Zoom
Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to a full fee charge.
