Welcome to the Forensic & Clinical Psychology Centre Client Portal.
If you haven't used our portal before select "Login" then the link at the bottom to create a new account.
You will receive an email confirming your registration on our portal. Remember to keep a record of your password! You can always reset it by selecting "Login" and the link at the bottom if you forget it.
Select "Book Appointment" to book a new appointment with your psychologist.
You will receive an SMS confirming your appointment. You can also pay for your appointment when you book on our portal by using our Stripe credit card payment service.
Select "My Appointments" to view all your upcoming appointments.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment:
1. Select the appointment
2. Select the red cross to "Cancel Appointment"
3. Go to "Book Appointment" and book a new time
You will receive an SMS/email confirming your updated appointment information.
Select "My Invoices" to view all your invoices.
You can pay your invoices online with your credit card using our Stripe service or download your invoice for your records.
Please note - all invoices have the credit card and online service fee added to the standard rate.
