ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Unfortunately, all of our team are currently booked out. Please return to the website to join the waitlist.
Jacqui Harvey is available for assessments from January onwards (please see website for details) prior to booking.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE BOOKING
All initial appointments require a non-refundable full-fee deposit. If you need to reschedule your initial appointment, you will forfeit your deposit (please contact us if there are extenuating circumstances such as illness).
If you select a business hours service but choose an after-hours time (after 5pm on weekdays on any time on Saturdays) - an additional $25 will be owing.
NDIS PLAN MANAGED CLIENTS
For NDIS plan-managed clients, please include your Plan Manager company and their email address in the comments section (this is a requirement for booking)
Psychologist Danni Dawson and Marie Robertson are at capacity for NDIS plan managed clients.
TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS
If you would like your appointment via telehealth, make a note in the comments section. You will need to select our physical location to see practitioner availability (as selecting the 'via telehealth' location will not show true availability)
APPOINTMENTS FOR CLIENTS UNDER 18
If the appointment is for someone under 18, make a note in the comments section.
