Booking Instructions:
- Initial Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology = New client or new injury
- Standard Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology = Treatment of an ongoing injury that has already been assessed by one of our physios/EP.
- For BUPA members, please select the BUPA appointment options as we are a preferred provider.
- Please specify in the notes section what area we will be seeing you for.
- For all clients with a health fund, you will need to pay the full consultation fee upfront. Contact the practice for a copy of your invoice for claiming purposes.
- If you have been given an Enhanced Primary Care Plan from Medicare (EPC) please contact the practice to book an appointment.
