- Non-attendance of a confirmed appointment without notice will incur a $40 fee
- Private appointments without a listed price will be billed at a rate of $40 / 15 minutes (or part thereof) for the time taken to complete the appointment (not applicable to HSP voucher clients, DVA or Industrial/WorkSafe assessments)
