Appointments
Appointments can be made up to four weeks in advance. If your practitioner is fully booked, please email reception, and they will add you to your practitioner's cancellation list.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, as well as appointments missed without notification, will incur the full appointment fee.
We understand that sometimes cancelling an appointment is unavoidable. However, we encourage you to avoid cancellations as much as possible since consistent appointments are crucial for therapeutic progress and achieving successful outcomes. Cancellations can also financially impact your practitioner.
If you do need to change an appointment, please call our reception team during business hours.
Payments
You can make a payment at reception before or after your appointment, or by calling reception during business hours on the day of your appointment. If we have not received payment by 6 PM on the day of your appointment, we will automatically process the payment using the card details we have on file.
Please ensure that your card details are current and that sufficient funds are available in your account. If you need to update your card details, simply email reception to request a new payment authorisation form.
