FEE NOTICE: Please be advised due to increased business costs, there will be an increase of $10 per session from 1st January 2025.

LOCATION:
Please note, some of our Psychologists work remotely on certain days (i.e., NOT at the clinic) offering Telehealth sessions. If booking an appointment time with the 'Telehealth' Location please ensure to book a 'Telehealth' service. Your Telehealth link will be in your Confirmation Email.

WAITLIST:
If you would like to be waitlisted for an earlier appointment, please let us know via email and we will be in touch if any earlier times become available.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If needing to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. For 24-48 hours notice, 50% of the session fee applies. For 0-24 hours notice (or in the case of no-show), 100% of the fee applies.
