Welcome to Consuming Kind's Client Portal!
A few things to note when booking with us online:
1) A non-refundable deposit ($40) will be required to complete your booking, this covers the behind the scenes work that your booking requires for administration and will come off your total appointment fee.
2) If you notify us by 9am the Friday prior to your scheduled appointment, we will reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit to a new appointment time. You can notify us by return reply to your booking confirmation email.
3) The remainder of your appointment cost can be paid either via the online Client Portal, or via bank transfer (invoices are sent the week prior) or via debit/credit card to the dietitian on the day of your appointment.
4) If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please use their details when making the booking.
5) Once you've booked you will receive an email from us with confirmation of your appointment. There is a link in the email for you to please complete an initial client form prior to attending your appointment.
