Our client portal is free to use, and you'll receive a confirmation email once your account is set up. You can book and cancel appointments through the portal. Telehealth links will be sent via email.

For appointments outside listed hours, services not shown, or approval for subsidized consultations, contact us directly.

Consent forms will be emailed upon booking and must be completed before your first session. If not done in advance, they’ll be filled out during the session without extra time.
Our calendar is open 1–2 months ahead, so check back regularly for availability.
Appointment confirmations and reminders are emailed, but please track appointments independently.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted until 9:00 AM the business day before (48 hours). Late cancellations incur a fee—see FAQs for details.
