Payment information:
Fees for service vary depending on clinician and service provided. Payment is due at time of consultation.
Late arrivals:
If you are running late, please contact us. Your clinician will still need to keep your session within the original allocated time and the full session fee applies. However, Medicare rebates are lower for sessions that are less than 50 minutes.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees apply if less than 48 hours’ notice is given before your scheduled appointment. This includes requests to reschedule. This is because you are paying for the time set aside by the clinician and preparation work. Failure to attend not only impacts your therapy, but also other clients that may have benefited from that appointment.
If 24 - 48 hours’ notice is given, a partial fee (50%) applies. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided or if you fail to attend, the full fee applies. If you are unwell, please contact us and we can convert your session to a telephone or video consult.
We try our best to fill your allocated appointment time with a waitlisted client to waive cancellation fees. However, unfortunately this is not always possible and not guaranteed. Medicare rebates do not apply in these instances and fees must be paid in full before your next session.
After-hours Appointments:
Some after-hours appointments are available depending on clinician. An after-hours surcharge of $25 applies to appointments commencing after 5pm or on weekends.
