HOW TO LOGIN FOR THE FIRST TIME: Select “Book Appointment” and then press "Click here to reset your password" and follow the prompt to register your account (use the email and mobile number you have provided us). If you have previously logged in simply follow the Login page. Only clients who have received an email invitation will be able to register.

TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT: After logging in, press "Book and appointment" and follow the prompts. Your appointment will appear as "Pending" until a few days prior to your appointment when you are asked to confirm. Bookings can only be made 24 hours in advance so we can adequately prepare for your session. Initial appointments require pre-payment in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Sessions cannot be cancelled within 48 business hours via the portal (for Monday appointments, this is Friday the week prior) as this falls within our 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an appointment within the 24 hour time frame, please contact us directly on admin@bluegumplace.com and note a cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost will apply. If you cancel within 2 business days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will apply. You can also change an in-person appointment to Telehealth if you are no longer able to attend in person.
