Unless confirmed, all appointments are tentative and may be cancelled or removed at our discretion. Please ensure you regularly check the portal for any changes that may have occurred.
In the event of a cancellation, please provide a brief reason for the cancellation and confirm you still require scheduled appointments. If this information is not provided, any remaining appointments will also be removed and reallocated.
Our policy is to prioritise appointments for clients who require ongoing support, and who are able to attend regular appointments. Therefore, to ensure fairness for all clients, frequent cancellations (more than two in three months) may result in the discontinuation or being placed back on the waiting list.
Returning clients are not guaranteed future appointments, therefore. please keep us informed of your appointment needs.
