If you need any assistance or you would like to book a 30 minute or 90 minute appointment, please email us at info@sandybaymassage.com.au or call 6223 2328.
If you are using a gift voucher, please bring the gift voucher or 16-digit voucher number with you. Unfortunately without this we are unable to process your gift voucher.
If you are booking for pregnancy massage, please advise us in section "add notes" how many weeks are you in this pregnancy.
If you are sick please reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge you full fee for the session.
