**Bookings are for current clients only and should be booked in the name of the client/person see the clinician NOT the parent or carers name please**
First time user?
You will need to LOGIN first and register yourself and create a password if this is your first time (see top right-hand corner of screen). This will create your own client portal and then you can book online from this point onward AND also view appointments AND also view invoices.

**New clients need to call 0413819558 to discuss your referral**

Payments can be made at time of booking OR on the day. We do not keep accounts so payment is required on the day of the appointment and we can assist you to claim back a Medicare rebate (if eligible).

Please do not book your psychology appointments any closer than once per fortnight, unless you have spoken with your psychologist. Our psychologists are unable to meet demand if appointments are booked too close together. Any bookings made too close together will be cancelled by our Admin staff.

Your appointment is considered confirmed unless we receive a SMS notification or phone call from you advising of non attendance. Our office is located at 187 Corio Street Shepparton (inside the office of Your Sold Real Estate)- Parking is located on Corio St ($2.00 per hr/meter/Pay Stay App) or free for 2hrs at SPC factory outlet.
