We strongly advise booking an initial consult and then two follow-up consults spaced out by 2-4 weeks from your initial appointment
TPS has a 24 hour cancellation policy. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for any less than 24hrs notice. You can cancel your appointments through the portal prior to the 24hrs window. Non-attendance and cancellations with less than 3hrs notice will be billed at your full appointment fee.
Please note our emails and voicemail are monitored out of hours so if you are unable to make your appointment and our reception is closed, please communicate by leaving a message or emailing info@thepelvicstudio.com
