The Modern Minds Client Portal allows you to book, cancel and reschedule your appointments at any time.
NEW CLIENT
If you are a new client to the clinic, please share a summary about why you are attending in the NOTES section on the ‘Please Review and Confirm’ page prior to securing your appointment. This will ensure that you’re matched with the correct therapist and that your therapist is prepared for your session.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
When booking an appointment online or with administration, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking. Should you need to cancel, this deposit can be credited for another session, or any other service offered at Modern Minds.
RESCHEDULING
To reschedule an appointment, please follow the steps below:
1. Cancel the booking you wish to change here in the portal.
2. Book a new date and pay a new deposit, the initial deposit will be reallocated to the new appointment.
REBATE - MEDICARE
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you are entitled to a rebate from Medicare. Please ask your GP to send your Mental Health Care Plan electronically to hello@modernminds.com.au or via fax at 61735171589.
Rebate claims are processed the day after your appointment.
REBATE - PRIVATE
Please let us know if you need your invoices made out to Private Insurance otherwise we will list no insurer as your default.
CANCELLATIONS
Modern Minds require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Appointments that are canceled or not attended within this time period will be charged a full session fee. This cancellation charge will not be claimable through Medicare. If you are unable to attend your appointment in person, you can switch to telehealth or reschedule your appointment within the same week or the cancellation fee will apply.
