Welcome to Attuned Psychology We look forward to supporting you with our face to face and telehealth services. This online booking service is available for most of our practitioners and is suitable for clients who like the convenience of booking appointments online.
New Clients:
To secure an appointment with one of our Practitioners at Attuned, please complete a Registration to our Online Portal. This provides you an opportunity to complete an online booking with the Practitioner whom you consider, from our website, is best suited to address your concerns and to select an appointment time which suits your desired date and time. Alternatively, you are welcome to call our friendly administrative team on (08) 8361 7008 to make an appointment, ask questions or to discuss your needs further. Please note that there will be a follow up call from our administration team, following an online booking, to assist in confirming details for the appointment.
Existing Clients:
Please book at the frequency set with your practitioner. Please note that you will need to use the same email address you gave us when we set up your profile for your login. The first time you log in you may need to reset your password.
Please do not create a new profile and or call us if you can't remember what email address you gave us when you first became a client. If you should have any issues with your password go to the Login "reset password" in the Blue Login Square in the top right hand of this window to reset your password.
Please note that for many of our services either Medicare or Health Fund rebates may apply. Medicare rebates may only be processed after the appointment is complete and for private clients you will be sent an invoice for claiming after full payment.
