Welcome to our client portal! To start, click on Book Appointment, and follow the instructions. You will be given a list of locations, and then a list of available therapists. Note: All Therapists on our Portal have their rates listed at their individual rate. When they see Couples or Children, their rate may be different than what the portal provides as an option. For example, some of our therapists charge $140 for seeing couples and/or children but only $120 to see individuals. When you register with us, you will get a Text Message for authentication. Enter the code you receive during your registration. The portal gives you the option to pay for invoices and manage your appointments. You may also choose to pay in advance.
Alethia Family Counseling is able to provide treatment receipts for Insurance reimbursement. We are currently not processing insurance, but can provide reimbursement documentation. Alethia is not currently accepting Medicaid or Medicare.

Cancellation policy
A session generally runs about 50 minutes long, but it is not uncommon for sessions to run 10-15 minutes late. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please note our office reserves the right to charge no-show and late cancellation sessions (24 hours or less) at the normal rates
