Welcome to the Access Psych Client Portal.
The Client Portal allows you to schedule and manage your appointments online. Please note that the Client Portal is only available for the following service types: Private paying clients, Medicare, Supervision and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Clients; For all other service types please submit a booking form via our website or give us a call.
Once you register your details on the Access Psych Client Portal, you will receive a Client Intake Form via SMS. Pleas compete this form, identifying the service you are accessing and any relevant details (e.g. employer name, Mental Health Care Plan details)

Please note, if you are seeking treatment with a Mental Health Care Plan, Access Psych does not provide bulk billing services.
