If you have been to us before but not booked online before when creating your profile and log in details just select forgot password and an email will be sent to you to reset password. You are already on our system so this will stop make duplicates of your profile.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AT THE FIFO CLINICS
- If you are a NEW client, please select the 30min or 45min NEW CLIENT service. All new clients must pay for their first appointment upfront to secure your booking. All new clients will receive an online consult form to complete, please check your emails.
- If you are a NEW CLIENT please be aware that the first 10mins of your appointment is an assessment to ensure we understand what is going on, to get to know you and how we can help you best.
- If you are a RETURNING client, please book the appropriate appointment to suit you

Our Cockburn Clinic is only available for appointments for Lisa's regular clients. Lisa doesn't take any new clients. If you have a gift voucher to use please contact us on 0484 048 973.
ARE YOU BOOKING YOUR MASSAGE APPOINTMENT IN ANOTHER STATE? PLEASE READ...
Please check your time zone settings as this portal is set for WA time not other state time zones. For example if you are in VIC please note you may not booking a 6.30pm timeslot it could be actually 330pm or 430pm (depending on daylight savings). We advise to try book your appointments for when you are in WA to avoid time confusions
