Please write the reason for seeing a dietitian in the Notes when booking an appointment online. And please state if you want to be added to our cancellation waitlist for an earlier appointment.
For Disordered Eating, you must have a referral to make an appointment online. If you are booking an initial appointment for someone with disordered eating who is <18yrs old, please select the family appointment option. For Eating Disorders it is recommended to book a Review appointment with Adelle 1-2 weeks after the initial appointment so as not to miss out on timely follow up appointments.
Discount is available for Pension Card or Health Care Card Holders, please ask Dietitian. Medicare Rebate ($60.35) available with EPC Plan from your GP.
