Before booking an appointment with Lawrence, please ensure you have a current Mental Health Care Plan in place and that all required forms sent to you are filled out and signed. This applies whether you're seeing Lawrence through bulk billing or privately. Once payment is made, please remember to send us a receipt. Your cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated.
At our clinic, we operate on bulk billing, which means if a Medicare Bulk Bill is rejected, we kindly ask you to look into the reason for the rejection. Prompt resolution of any outstanding invoices is important to ensure everything runs smoothly. If an invoice remains unpaid before your next appointment, unfortunately, we won't be able to proceed with the scheduled appointment. We understand that financial situations can vary, so if you're experiencing hardship, we do offer payment plans. Just send us a receipt once payment is made under a plan.
Additionally, we kindly request 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If this notice is not provided, you will be liable for the session fee.
