Please note: Securing an Assessment does not guarantee an ongoing therapy spot.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm your Assessment spot.
Once you have booked and paid the deposit, you will have access to your invoice. A confirmation email and Parent Questionnaire will be sent to you via email. Please complete and return the Questionnaire ASAP.
