Welcome and thank you for connecting with Ikigai Psychology Clinic!
The online portal is the fastest and most effective way to manage your bookings. Utilizing the booking portal means you can find the best time that suits you.
LOCATION
Our Psychologists support clients in-person and online. Please select “Ikigai Psychology Clinic” for in-person booking or select “Telehealth” for online bookings.
NEW CLIENTS
We require an initial non-refundable $50 deposit for your booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be allocated towards your total session fee. Once your online booking is made our receptionist will follow up with you to confirm your booking.
IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
Our receptionist at the clinic operates off-site. Once you book your appointment you will receive an email with forms to complete before your appointment. Please ensure you complete all the relevant information before your appointment.
TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS
Once you book your Telehealth appointment you will receive an email with instructions on how to connect to your therapist. On the day of your appointment, you will receive a link to connect to your Psychologist.
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
When booking follow-up appointments a $50 deposit will need to be paid. The deposit will be allocated towards your session fee.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULES
Once you have registered with our online portal, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment online. If you decide to make changes to your appointment, please do so at least 2 days before your appointment otherwise cancellation fees and charges will be applied.
