The diary in December is filling up fast, so I have exciting news—we have a new physio joining in the New Year. Zoe Jessop will initially take some of my hours and will be available Tuesday afternoons, Thursday mornings, and Friday mornings.
My hours will be limited, so please book an appointment with Zoe if you are a new patient or are not currently seeing me.

Our pricing structure is as follows:
Initial assessment £76 (£80 from Jan 25)
Follow-up treatments (£60)
Unfortunately, we do not have a contract with Vitality and, therefore, cannot accept clients who wish to use Vitality to cover treatment costs.

In most instances, we will invoice the insurance company directly. To facilitate this, you can use the note section when you book to record your membership and claim number before your appointment. Otherwise, you will need to bring all of your insurance membership and authorisation details with you to your first appointment. Without valid information, you will need to self-fund.
We want to point out our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged the total amount.
Insurance companies do not cover missed or late cancellations, so you must cover the cost in these circumstances.
When you arrive, please use the main surgery doors to enter. Just so you know, you do not need to check in with reception. Take a seat in the waiting room, where we will personally greet you at your appointment time.
