PLEASE NOTE WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING:
Please ensure you have read our cancellation policy BEFORE finalising your booking.
You are able to use this portal to cancel your appointment up to 12 hours prior to your booking.
Your appointments are confirmed when you book in but they will show as PENDING until you send us a reply YES when you receive your reminder text the day before.
When booking an appointment please book using the description time eg. 60min, 90min. NOT the time on the right (this time is for staff to allow for travel, cleaning and preparation for the next client)
If you have received a 'Free 30 Minute Massage Voucher' you can redeem it through this portal. You can also select your upgrade time if you wish to upgrade. Please put the code in the comments of your booking.
If you are booking online to redeem a Gift Certificate, please book your massage as per the description on your voucher & in the comments section add your gift voucher code.
