Booking instructions
I am located at 77 Meadow St, Tarrawanna NSW.
If it is your first appointment with me or has been longer than 12 months since your last treatment, please select "Initial Consultation and Treatment". For all following appointments, select "Subsequent".
If you have booked an INITIAL appointment (first time), you will receive an email welcoming you to the clinic and containing links to complete an online CONSENT FORM and HEALTH EVALUATION FORM. Please complete these as soon as you can so I can review your information before your appointment.
Pregnancy (birth prep) patients - I recommend weekly treatments from 37 weeks - please secure these appointments early as I can sometimes be booked out for 3 weeks in advance. You can book your 'Subsequent' appointments at the same time as your Initial.
For same-day appointments, please call me on 0432 014 131.
**COVID-19 precaution: please do not come to the clinic and reschedule your appointment if:
• you are currently experiencing respiratory symptoms (running nose, sore throat, cough, fever, or shortness of breath) or,
• in the last 7 days you have had a cold/flu and have not obtained a negative COVID test.
Also, please let me know if, in the 5 days before your appointment, you have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
