Please make sure to use the name, email address and mobile number we would have for the client file (if your child is the client, it will be their name). The bookings will set as 'pending' until you confirm via text 3 days before the appointment. You will only be able to cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the session booking time, as per our clinic cancellation policy.
