**CHRISTMAS CLOSURE**
The clinic will be running during the Christmas break except for the following days:
24th to 27th December (Inclusive)
31st December until 2nd January (inclusive)

NEW PATIENTS: Adults please book a 60 minute initial consultation.
Children 0-12 will only require a 45 minute initial consultation
CONSULTATIONS AND COMMUNICATION
This clinic has a strict no-show policy. Please read the terms and conditions before booking your appointment.
Consultations requiring a deposit, such as New Client Appointments, may be rescheduled within an 8 week period, however, all deposits are non-refundable.
Please be advised that any requests via phone call, text message or email to discuss health issues will be billed accordingly.
However, we ask that you book an appointment as we are not able to provide specific health advice without a consultation.
PET CONSULTATIONS
Saturday's are reserved for in-clinic pet consultations. Please contact the clinic to organise an appointment for your pet.
Otherwise you many book a telehealth appointment during the week.
